Shipping policy

All items will be shipped same day. You must decide which shipping method you prefer. Packages usually arrive in 1-3 days after ordering with economy. You will be issued a tracking number to track your package. Southern knacks boutique is NOT responsible for lost packages. All packages come with $100 worth of insurance but added insurance must be paid by customer. For added insurance, please contact summer so that she can add it to your package label.

Please understand that if you order a preorder item with in-stock items, your order WILL NOT ship until the preorder arrives. If you want your in stock items before, I can invoice you the $5 shipping charge. Thanks!
