We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you do decide to return your item, it is for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Shipping cost is not covered by Southern Knacks Boutique.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, has not been washed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns, fill out the return card located in your package and ship to the return address listed on the card.

Emails will be checked on Tuesday-Friday during 10am-6pm.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Southern Knacks Boutique is not responsible for issues with packages after they have been shipped! If your package goes missing or gets damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier. After the package is scanned in from my store, it is out of our hands and all issues need to be handled with the carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, DOTD, cups, towels, blankets, accessories, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Store credit ONLY! We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we will message you with a total for your store credit. Thanks!
